Rules for changing your reservation
- b.flex economy+:
The b.flex economy+ ticket is changeable free of charge, as long as the original fare level is still available. Otherwise, the difference to the next higher available b.flex economy+ fare will be charged additionally.
- b.light economy:
On majority of the routes, you may change your ticket (date/flight) for a one-off fee of 60€ per person, per transaction, plus the difference between your fare and the lowest applicable fare in b.light economy.

- b.flex economy+:
You get a total refund of the non-flown segments if your original booking is made online.
- b.light economy:
Brussels Airlines does not refund cancelled b.light economy segments.
- economy - business class:
Contact our Customer Contact Centre on the after sales number to verify whether your ticket qualifies for refund of non-flown segments.
A €35 administration fee is charged to handle the refund of the amount you are entitled to. Only exceptions are b.flex economy+ and business tickets purchased online via the Brussels Airlines website.
