The animals allowed in cabin:

• Small domestic animals such as dogs and cats
• Service animals 

!!! Birds, fish and rodent (e.g. guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, etc.) are not permitted in cabin.

The fare per animal:

Short haul : €30 per one-way
Medium haul (Helsinki, Moscow and Tel Aviv) and long haul : €60 per one-way

The conditions for acceptance: 

The animal:

• must be clean, healthy, harmless and odourless
• may not be pregnant
• may not annoy other passengers
• should be booked in advance via our Customer Contact Centre
• needs to be kept in a soft-sided leak and smell-proof bag during the flight
• has to remain completely inside the bag (including tail and head) during the whole flight 

Maximum weight of the animal, including bag: 6kg/13lbs

The requirements for the bag:

The bag must be: 

• leak and smell proof
• a soft-sided bag that can be completely stowed under the seat in front of the passenger
• provided by the passenger (can be bought at Brussels Airlines ticketing office at Brussels Airport for €20)

The documents needed for the animal:

The passenger must provide all necessary documents such as:

• export, import or transit permits
• health and/or vaccination certificates
• animal ID 

Brussels Airlines is not responsible if an animal is refused entry into or transit through a country.
