Claim checklist - please ensure all criteria are met, otherwise the claim will be invalid.
1. You need to save a screen shot of the website where you found the cheaper fare
2. The fare must be for the same flights and same product (b.light economy, b.flex economy+, Economy or Business), same date of travel, same airport of origin and destination, same scheduled hour of departure
3. Your claim must be made online and within 1 hour following your online booking with Brussels Airlines
4. The fare must be quoted in the same currency as your Brussels Airlines booked fare
5. The fare must include all taxes and surcharges
6. The tariff conditions must be the same
