Brussels Airlines will evaluate your request and react within 3 calendar days and, if appropriate, make the reimbursement (the difference + 10%) within 30 days on the credit / debit card used when paying your Brussels Airlines ticket.

The fare must be for the same flights, same date of travel, same airport of origin and destination, same scheduled hour of departure.
