mobile check-in MOBILE CHECK-IN
 
  • Visit m.brusselsairlines.com to check in through your mobile device
  • Available as from 24h before departure up to 1 hour before departure
  • Choose your seat on the plane and receive your boarding pass on your phone as a 2D barcode
  • Available on all Brussels Airlines operated flights, except on flights out of Ajaccio, Bari, Bastia, Cagliari, Figari and Montpellier. If your airport of departure is not equipped with a mobile boarding pass scanning system, mobile check-in is still possible. You just won’t be able to scan the mobile boarding pass there. Therefore you first need to present yourself at the check-in counter or the baggage drop-off point where a reprint of your boarding pass will be done. All Brussels Airlines departure airports provide this printing service.

IMPORTANT NOTICE for passengers traveling to the United Kingdom, China, Canada or the United States .
It is mandatory to fill in your Advanced Passenger Information (API). If you skip this step, you will only receive a receipt, not a boarding pass. You will need to go to a check-in counter at the airport in order to complete your check-in process.

  • Available at Brussels Airport for all European flights operated by Brussels Airlines

 

What to do with your luggage?

  • Traveling with hand luggage only? You can proceed directly to the gate.
  • Traveling with registered luggage? Just drop it off at our bag drop-off points next to check-in and proceed directly to the gate.
  • Self-service baggage drop-off units at Brussels Airport: Passengers with a self-printed or mobile boarding pass will be able to use our automated baggage check-in units at Brussels Airport. Avoid queuing at the check-in desk and register your suitcase at our self-service units, the procedure only takes about one minute.

What is the latest drop-off time?

  • Europe: latest drop-off time for your bags is 40 minutes prior to departure
  • Long-haul flights: latest drop-off time for your bags is 70 minutes prior to departure

These are the specific drop-off times for Brussels Airport. To consult the latest check-in time of other airports, please select the airport of departure in the check-in information section.


When travelling with a Check&Go or b.light economy ticket you are kindly requested to check in at the self-service devices located in the departure hall. If you are travelling with checked baggage, please proceed to the baggage drop off counter afterwards.

RETURNING WITHIN 24 HOURS?

If you’re returning within 24 hours and have a confirmed booking, you can check in for your outbound and return flight at the same time.
