As a Brussels Airlines Bizz&Class guest, you have the option of pre-ordering a complimentary à la carte dining option up to 48 hours before scheduled departure time. 

You can choose from 6 à la carte dining options - "Let's take a fresh start", "Looks like a hot day", "Say cheeeeese", "I want it cool and Belgian", "Bring me the world", and "Belgium is hot". Every dining option has 2 selections, served on alternating weeks.

On flights longer than 2,5 hours both hot and cold dining options are available, while on our shorter flights a range of cold dining options are available.

On which flights can I pre-order an à la carte dining option?
You can pre-order an à la carte dining option on European flights operated by Brussels Airlines (including flights operated by Flybe/Tyrolean/BMI regional on behalf of Brussels Airlines), except on flights to/from Paris and Tel Aviv.


How can I pre-order an à la carte dining option?

  • An à la carte dining option can be pre-ordered up to 48 hours before scheduled departure time.
  • Pre-order your preferred à la carte dining option by completing the form by clicking here.
  • Once your selection has been successfully ordered, a confirmation message will be sent to you by e-mail.
  • If there is more than one guest in the booking, à la carte dining options should be pre-ordered separately for each guest.

À la carte dining options can be pre-ordered up to 48 hours before scheduled departure time.


What if I want to change my flight or à la carte dining option?

  • A change of your pre-ordered à la carte dining option is possible up to 48 hours before scheduled departure time.
  • Request the change to your à la carte dining option by completing this form.
  • Should you request a change to your booking, your pre-ordered à la carte dining option will be maintained but its content might be slightly different. If you wish to change your à la carte dining option on your new flight, please complete this form (up to 48 hours before scheduled departure time).


What happens to my à la carte dining option if the flight is cancelled by Brussels Airlines?
In case your flight is cancelled, we will do our utmost to serve you your à la carte dining option on your new flight. However, if this is not possible, a standard Bizz&Class meal will be served instead.
