At the airport
If you require special assistance, we recommend you to be at the airport at least 60 minutes prior to the latest check-in time indicated on your ticket. This applies especially to airports that you may be unfamiliar with.
Some airports are equipped with a dedicated special assistance desk (Brussels and several European airports). In these airports, once you have checked in, please proceed immediately to the special assistance desk.
In airports not equipped with a dedicated desk, special assistance will be provided directly from the check-in desk.
If you have checked-in online or with your mobile device, we recommend you proceed at least 30 minutes prior to the latest check- in time, either to the Brussels Airlines check-in area or where assistance is not provided from the check-in desk, proceed directly to the dedicated special assistance desk.
Before you fly out, we suggest you to find out about the exact conditions at the airport you will be flying from. You will frequently find information on the airports’ websites.
