Rules for cancelling your ticket and asking a refund


  • Bizz&Class and b.business:
    Cancellation before departure: 100% refund
    Cancellation after departure: refund of the difference between the fare paid and the applicable one-way fare. If upgraded from Flex&Fast, b.flex economy+, Check&Go, Light&Relax or b.light economy to Bizz&Class or b.business the original non-refundable amounts remain non-refundable*.
  • Flex&Fast and b.flex economy+:
    Cancellation before departure: 100% refund
    Cancellation after departure: refund of the difference between the fare paid and the applicable one-way fare. If upgraded from Check&Go, Light&Relax or b.light economy, or Flex&Fast or b.flex economy+, the original non-refundable amounts remain non-refundable*.
  • Light&Relax:
    A €120 administrative fee will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
  • Check&Go and b.light economy:
    Brussels Airlines does not refund cancelled Check&Go or b.light economy segments*. In case any taxes can be refunded, there will be an administration fee of €35. Please note that it's not possible to change your Check&Go return ticket in a one-way ticket, by cancelling 1 of your 2 flights. In case you don't take your first flight, the return flight will be cancelled automatically.
  • Economy - Business Class:
    Contact our Service Centre on the after sales number to verify whether your ticket qualifies for refund of non-flown segments.


* The airline fee, credit card fee and eventual insurances fee, are not refunded. The fuel surcharge is not refunded on Check&Go, Light&Relax, b.light economy and Economy Class fares N, K, L, E, T, S, V, W, Q, H & U which are mentioned on your ticket.
