If you were stranded in Europe or Africa due to the closure of Belgian airspace as a result of the volcanic ash cloud, you might need a document of proof. You can automatically generate it here.
In order to generate a document of proof for your employer, school and/or insurance company, please fill in the following details. Please make sure to fill in the correct details so that it matches our database of cancelled flights due to the volcanic ash cloud. We only take into account the cancelled flights between 15 April and 22 April 2010.
