Because we know your time is precious, we have introduced automatic SMS notifications in case of important flight delays, cancellations or other changes occurring on the day of departure to Brussels Airlines operated flights.

To benefit from this SMS service, please don't forget to communicate your mobile phone number to us. You can do this during the online reservation process or afterwards, through "change my contact info" in the manage my flight tool or ask your travel agent to include it in your reservation file.
This service is free of charge and text messages are sent in English.

Passengers who have not provided a valid mobile number in their booking but who have provided their email address, will be sent an email instead, on the possibility that they might read their mails via their Blackberry, iPhone or other such devices on the day of their flight.
