Cancel your booking and request a refund

The fastest way to cancel your ticket and request a refund is by filling out the refund form and we will take it from there. Please be aware that not all tickets are refundable. You can find out if you are eligible by having a look at our ticket rules.

We would like to remind you that requests can only be made by customers who have made their reservation via the Brussels Airlines website, the Service Centre or the Brussels Airlines Ticketing Office. If you have booked a ticket via an (online) travel agency, you will need to contact the agency to cancel your booking. If you wish to get refunded only a part of your ticket (for example only for the return flight) or you have booked your ticket with miles, please contact the Brussels Airlines Service Centre for your country.
