As a Cabin Crew Member, you are the perfect host to our passengers on board the aircraft. You will anticipate our passengers’ wishes and know how to provide excellent service. You are also responsible for cabin safety on board and apply company and Belgian Civil Aviation Authority procedures rigorously.

  • Are you perfectly trilingual? Do you speak French, Dutch and English fluently?
  • Are you always on time?
  • Do your friends and family consider you to be a good listener who is always friendly?
  • Do you consider yourself to be someone who empathises easily with others?
  • Do you like to explore and interact with different cultures?
  • Can you keep a cool head at all times?
  • Are you someone who is able to deal with an irregular work schedule?

If you have answered all questions positively, you have the skills to become one of our Cabin Crew Members.

Once a vacancy is published online, you can apply by uploading your CV and motivational letter. Our recruiters will then have a close look at your profile and contact you for an initial interview over the telephone. If this interview has a positive outcome, you will be invited to one of our recruitment days where you will take part in a series of exercises in the morning. Should the outcome be positive, you will be invited to an individual interview in the afternoon.

Did you pass all the recruitment tests? You will then be able to follow a 9-week training course covering both commercial as well as security topics. If you pass the tests at the end of the training course, you will be welcomed in the Cabin Services department as part of our crew.
