Rules for changing your reservation


  • Bizz&Class:
    Your Bizz&Class ticket is changeable free of charge, as long as the original fare level is still available. Otherwise, the difference to the next higher available fare will be charged additionally.
  • Flex&Fast:
    Your Flex&Fast ticket is changeable free of charge, as long as the original fare level is still available. Otherwise, the difference to the next higher available fare will be charged additionally.
  • Light&Relax:
    A Light&Relax ticket is changeable (date/flight) before departure against the payment of a change fee of € 50 / CHF 60 plus any difference in cost between the original price paid and the lowest price available at time the change is being made. If the change is made on the original day of departure to on earlier flight on the same day, the change is free of charge and no fare difference will be charged at the airport (subject to seat availability in the same booking class).
  • Check&Go:
    Check&Go tickets can't be changed after your booking. Please note that it's also not possible to change your Check&Go return ticket in a one-way ticket, when you won't be able to take 1 of the 2 flights. In case you don't take your first flight, the return flight will be cancelled automatically.

Please note: Changes in reservations done at Geneva airport are subject to payment of an administrative fee to Swissport.
Fee for the reissuance of a ticket: CHF60 (eq. €49)
Fee for the revalidation of a ticket: CHF30 (eq. €25)

  • If the additional service you’ve purchased is no longer available on the new flight, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If the additional service you’ve purchased is available on the new flight at a cheaper price, you are not entitled to a refund of the difference.
  • If the additional service you’ve purchased is available on the new flight at a more expensive price, you will have to pay the difference.
