The wildcatstrike of baggage handler Swissport is now over and the situation has returned to normal. Baggage services are working normally again. 


If you weren't able to retrieve your checked baggage at your arrival in Brussels, you are kindly asked to file an online missing luggage report here. Please use token BRUSNAUG22 to complete your report.

If you traveled from Brussels Airport to another country and your baggage did not arrive, please go to the local lost and found desk at the airport of your destination. We do our utmost to deliver your baggage to you as soon as possible.
