Cancel and refund

Brussels Airlines e-tickets booked directly with Brussels Airlines can be cancelled and refunded by submitting your request here. For e-tickets booked via a travel agency, please contact your agency directly. For any other case, please contact the Service Centre or the local Brussels Airlines office.

Please note that once a refund has been requested, the ticket is no longer valid and rebooking is no longer possible.

Please also note that for tickets issued as of 1 February 2018, an administration fees applies, namely:

  • €20 for all refund requests submitted via the web form
  • €40 for all refund requests submitted via all our other channels (Service Centre, social media, ticketing offices...)

If you have purchased a cancellation insurance with Europ Assistance, please send a declaration form to Europ Assistance within 5 days after cancellation of your flight. You can find more information on how to submit your additional refund request here.
