If the flight was operated by Brussels Airlines, you can fill out the form on the right hand side and a member of our Customer Relations team will get in touch with you.

If you were denied boarding a flight that was operated by one of our partner airlines (e.g. Swiss, Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa etc.), please address your complaint directly to the airline concerned.

Please note the airline cannot be held responsible if you were denied boarding because you were too late at check-in or boarding or your travel documents were not in order.
