Travel and entry restrictions

All passengers travelling to and transiting on Belgian territory need to complete a Passenger Locator Form (PLF) regardless of their departure point and nationality. This is possible as from 48h before boarding their flight.

The PLF must be completed:

  • online, where you will obtain a QR code receipt to be presented at check-in and/or boarding
  • manually, to be filled out and handed over before boarding.
Note: only people who are technically unable to fill in the electronic form will still be allowed to use the paper form.

Passengers failing to submit this form or providing misleading and incomplete information will be denied boarding.

Passengers arriving in Belgium without a valid QR-code (e-PLF) or a paper PLF might be fined EUR250

IMPORTANT: All non-essential travel to Belgium is temporarily prohibited for passengers coming from countries who are not part of the EU or the Schengen area. More information regarding non-essential travel can be found here.
