Cancel and refund

Brussels Airlines e-tickets booked directly with Brussels Airlines can be cancelled and refunded until 3 months after your last flight by submitting your request here. For e-tickets booked via a travel agency, please contact your agency directly. For any other case, please contact the Service Centre or the local Brussels Airlines office.

Please note that once a refund has been requested, the ticket is no longer valid and rebooking is no longer possible.

Please also note that:

  • An administration fee of €40 applies to all refund requested via our Service Centre, Social Media and all other channels. The admin fee applies per ticket.

If you have purchased a cancellation insurance with Europ Assistance, please send a declaration form to Europ Assistance within 5 days after cancellation of your flight. You can find more information on how to submit your additional refund request here.
