Book now online and pay later

A delayed payment option is now available for all itineraries departing from an African destination (except Morocco). With this option, you will be able to combine the convenience of booking online with the flexibility of completing your purchase offline at a second stage.

All online bookings with a departure point in Africa (except Morocco) that do not include ancillary services (i.e. extra bag, insurance) are eligible for offline payment. Select the option “Book now and pay later” and we will hold your booking for a period of 72 hours after booking confirmation, allowing you to make your payment at one of our ticketing offices and bank offices in Africa. Please note that the delayed payment option is offered when the booking is made at least 3 days prior to the departure date of the first segment.

How does it work?

STEP 1 : Book online and select our delayed payment option

Select the option “Book now and pay later” and follow the steps to book your flight.
You will receive a confirmation email with a booking reference.

STEP 2: Print your confirmation email

Print the confirmation email or note down your booking reference and bring it with you to the ticketing office or one of our partner bank offices.

STEP 3: Go to our ticketing office or bank office

Our staff at the ticketing office will help you to complete your payment. Accepted payment methods are: cash, debit/credit card, mobile money*. You can find the contact details of our ticketing offices in Africa below.

Travellers who booked in Burkina Faso, D.R. Congo, Ghana, Togo and the Ivory Coast, can also pay at one of our partner bank offices. To complete the payment at the bank, you’ll need the confirmation email, the full name of the person who made the booking and the booking reference. Please make sure the exact amount is being paid. You can find this amount on your confirmation email. You can find the contact details of participating bank offices below.

*Only available in Benin and Cameroon.

Important information

Your booking will be held for a period of 72 hours after booking confirmation. You will receive a reminder email shortly before this period expires. Bookings that have not been paid for within 72 hours will be automatically cancelled without any further notice.

Please also note that you can pay for your tickets in an African country other than the country of your flight departure. In this case, the payment will be made in the local currency of the country where you choose to complete your payment. Please keep in mind that the exchange rate valid at the moment of payment will be applied. Please also note that if you pay for your tickets in an African country other than the country from which the journey starts, the total price may be higher or different due to varying taxes, fees and charges that may be levied under local legislation in the country where the payment is being made.

If you wish to add extra baggage to your booking, you can purchase these when paying for your booking at the ticketing office.
