Frequently Asked Questions

You can change your reservation (flight / date) online via My booking. Alternatively, you can call our Service Centre, or contact us via Facebook or Twitter. Our agents will be happy to assist you.
If you have booked via a travel agency or a travel website (not brusselsairlines.com), please contact your travel agency.
To change your booking online, simply access My booking and click on “Change flight”. We are constantly improving our services, but please note that at the moment it is not possible to use this online option for:
  • tickets booked via a travel agency or a travel website (that is not brusselsairlines.com)
  • multi-city bookings
  • bookings that have been partially used
  • bookings made with a promo code
  • bookings that include special service requests (sport equipment, special assistance, pets, etc.)

If your booking cannot be changed online, please call our Service Centre, or contact us via Facebook or Twitter. If you have booked via a travel agency or a travel website (not brusselsairlines.com), please contact your travel agency.
  • If the additional service you’ve purchased is no longer available on the new flight, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If the additional service you’ve purchased is available on the new flight at a cheaper price, you are not entitled to a refund of the difference.
  • If the additional service you’ve purchased is available on the new flight at a more expensive price, you will have to pay the difference.
