Claim checklist - please ensure all criteria are met to have a valid claim:
1. You need to save a screen shot of the website where you found the cheaper fare;
2. The fare must be for the same ticket (see here for more details);
3. Your claim must be made online and within 1 hour following your booking on brusselsairlines.com;
4. The fare must be quoted in the same currency as the fare you booked on brusselsairlines.com;
5. The fare must include all taxes and surcharges, including any associated booking and card payment fees;
6. The fare conditions must be the same.
