We offer flexible rebooking options for Brussels Airlines tickets (ticket number starting with 082). Select below the date you booked your ticket to find out more about your rebooking options:

Tickets booked on or before 31 August 2020

If you hold a Brussels Airlines ticket with an original travel date on or before 30 April 2021 and you want to postpone your travel plans, you can keep the value of your ticket without having to commit to a new travel date right away. You can rebook your flight for a new travel date until 31 December 2021 included.

Your one-time rebooking includes:

  • Changing your travel dates
  • Changing your departure airport
  • Changing your arrival airport

This one-time rebooking is free of charge, which means no change fees need to be paid. However, if there is a fare difference between your rebooking and your original ticket, the fare difference will still be charged. Please make sure to contact us before your original travel dates (and no later than 31 January 2021) if you need a rebooking.

My flight has been cancelled. What should I do?

In case your flight got cancelled, you benefit from the same rebooking conditions. You can rebook your flight once free of charge and change your itinerary. We will keep your unused ticket on hold for you until 31 January 2021 the latest and offer you the time to decide when and where you want to fly again.

I have a FlightVoucher but did not contact you before 31st August 2020. Can I still change my booking?

You can still use the value of your unused ticket for a rebooking. Contact us by 31 January 2021 at the latest to rebook for travel dates until 31 December 2021 included.

Tickets booked on or after 1 September 2020

All tickets booked as from 1 September 2020 can be rebooked without a rebooking fee to a new travel date and/or a new origin/destination. You only pay the fare difference if there is any.
