Frequently Asked Questions

Economy Privilege is an additional service that can be booked in addition to an Economy Class ticket, regardless of the fare paid, and is available at €120 / CHF 129 / $149 per guest per flight.
Economy Privilege can be purchased at any time from when your Economy ticket is issued right up till the departure of your flight.

  • via our Facebook or Twitter pages. Please mention “Economy Privilege” in your message and include your booking reference, the flight(s) on which you would like to upgrade and the name of the passenger(s) you want to upgrade.
Once online check-in is open (24h prior to departure) you can only book Economy Privilege at the airport of departure.
The free baggage allowance is the same of the Economy class.
Economy Privilege is available on Brussels Airlines intercontinental flights, not on codeshare flights.

The Miles&More conditions for Economy Privilege remain the same as for a regular Economy Class ticket.
If your flight is cancelled by Brussels Airlines, we will grant you a full refund. If you cancel your flight or change your flight and the option is no longer available, you are not entitled to a refund. More information here.
