From planning to arrival: when it comes to travel, there’s a lot to consider. Sometimes it can quickly get more complicated than expected, but with the Brussels Airlines app you can keep track of everything.
With one simple click on your smartphone or tablet, you can go to the App Store or Google Play where you can download the Brussels Airlines app. If you use a laptop or desktop computer, just scan the appropriate QR code hereunder.
The Brussels Airlines app and Travel ID: the perfect pair. After registering in the Brussels Airlines app with your Travel ID, your details are stored. Make the most of lots of benefits and personalised services. You can also earn miles with your Travel ID, if you wish.
Book flights, reserve your favourite seat, have your mobile boarding pass issued and use many other services. Push notifications give you relevant updates about your flights and suitable offers – at exactly the right moment.
Don’t forget: use the Brussels Airlines app together with your Travel ID. By doing so, you can keep an overview of all your bookings and have access to your travel plans at any time. Future bookings will be automatically added if you have made them when logged in. You can also add bookings manually.
Before the flight – during the flight – after the flight. The Trip Assistant within our Brussels Airlines app accompanies you with lots of useful functions during every phase of your journey. Simply click on one of your bookings in the “My flights” overview.
With the Brussels Airlines app, check-in is seamless and relaxed. The app tells you when it’s time for your flight – and after you have checked in, your boarding pass is saved automatically in the app. So you always have it to hand.
After you have dropped off your baggage, your digital baggage receipt will appear in the Brussels Airlines app, and you can track when your baggage was loaded.
The Brussels Airlines app shows you the current waiting times at security at our Brussels hub. If your departure airport offers the option to book a time slot at the security check, the Brussels Airlines app can tell you this too. This way, you can book your access in advance and plan your time at the airport smoothly.

Currently, it is not possible to view the on board menu and entertainment via the app for Brussels Airlines flights. However, if you have for example a Lufthansa flight registered in the app, the link to their onboard menu and entertainment will be shown.
With the Brussels Airlines app you can easily find the gate for your connecting flight, only on short haul. This feature is not available for long haul flights. Seeing the info regarding walking duration between the gates is not yet possible for Brussels Airport, but it is available for Frankfurt, Munich and Zurich.
