Refund for cancelled flights

In accordance with the amendments to the Israeli Aviation Services Law, we wish to inform you about the timeframe for refunds of cancelled flights between March 1st 2020 and December 31st 2020. 

Refunds for flights scheduled to depart until December 14th 2020, are to be made within 90 days from the date of the cancelled flight or until October 1st 2020, whichever is later. 

Refunds for flights scheduled to depart from December 15th 2020 and on, are to be made within 30 days from the date of the cancelled flight. 

In case you purchased a Brussels Airlines flight ticket for a flight to/from Israel, scheduled to depart between March 1st, 2020 until December 31st, 2020, and the flight was cancelled by us but you still haven’t rebooked or received a refund, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and let us know your preferred option so we can process your request accordingly.

Please be advised that in case you purchased your flight ticket via a travel agency, please contact your travel agent for your refund or rebooking.
