Ground Operations
Ground Operations ensures that every flight departs and arrives smoothly and safely. The team coordinates all airport activities: from planning and passenger services to baggage handling, procedures and operational support. Thanks to the collaboration of our colleagues at the airport, we provide our passengers with an efficient and pleasant travel experience, every single day.
Flight Operations
Flight Operations consists of our cockpit and cabin crews who ensure every flight is safe and comfortable. Our pilots oversee all technical and operational aspects of the journey, while our cabin crew delivers the warm, attentive service our passengers value. Behind the scenes, dedicated teams work around the clock on planning, scheduling, and operational support.
Maintenance & Engineering
Maintenance & Engineering ensures that our aircraft are safe, reliable, and ready to fly. Skilled technicians and engineers perform inspections, repairs, and continuous monitoring of our fleet. They manage planning, technical support, and long-term maintenance programs, ensuring the highest standards of airworthiness and operational performance on every flight.
