Your data (name, ticket no., email, phone number and passport copy) is uploaded via an encrypted connection. We are collecting your data only for processing your rebooking request to fulfil our contractual obligations (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR) and will not use it for any other purpose. We will not forward your data to any unauthorized third party. If you choose not to share your data, we will not be able to check your rebooking request. We will keep your data in an encrypted file for two years, in case any claims or questions arise regarding your request. After that, the data will be deleted.
