Online check-in is mandatory. Baggage transfer is not included. You must transport your baggage to the bus and retrieve it upon arrival at Brussels Airport. Then, you must drop off your baggage at the check-in counters at Brussels Airport.

In case of flight delay or cancellation, you will be placed on the next flight and/or bus. You will receive an email informing you of this change.
